WordPress Website Costs in the Philippines: What Your Quote Should Include

Compare WordPress website quotes by pages, content, forms, SEO setup, ownership and recurring costs. A practical scope checklist for Philippine businesses.

Bring your page list, content responsibilities and renewal costs to the quote discussion, so each proposal answers the same brief.

Discuss my WordPress project

Start with what the business needs the website to do.

A five-page brochure website and an online shop can both use WordPress, but they involve different work. Before asking for a price, list the services or products you sell, the customers you want to reach and the action a visitor should take.

For a service business, that action may be a project inquiry, appointment request or phone call. Explain the information someone needs before taking it: service scope, location, examples of work, availability and who answers the inquiry. This becomes the basis for a useful quote.

Our WordPress development service starts with these requirements. This guide explains how to compare proposals; it does not present a surveyed market price or a fixed Lokal Tayo package.

Compare the items that change the amount of work.

Item What the quote should clarify
Pages and templates Which pages are included, and whether each needs a distinct layout or uses an agreed template.
Content and images Who writes the copy, provides photographs, approves edits and checks business facts.
Forms and integrations Required fields, notification recipients, spam handling and connections to booking, payment or other tools.
SEO implementation Titles, descriptions, indexing settings, canonical URLs, sitemap, structured data and internal links.
Mobile and browser checks The pages, devices and customer tasks that will be checked before launch.
Revisions and handover The number or scope of revisions, administrator access, documentation and training.

Ask providers to explain exclusions as clearly as inclusions. A quote for development may assume that you supply finished copy and images. A cheaper proposal can therefore require more time from your own team.

Separate one-time work from recurring costs.

Record domain renewal, hosting, paid plugin or theme licences, backups and support separately from the build. Ask who owns each account, who receives renewal notices, and what happens if you change providers.

Some businesses need a bounded launch project followed by occasional changes. Others need regular content, maintenance and technical support. Our guide to one-time setup versus monthly support helps separate the work that repeats.

SEO should also have a defined scope. An SEO plugin installation is different from fixing existing pages, researching customer questions and creating useful new content. Review the deliverables in our WordPress SEO implementation service before assuming these activities are included.

An illustrative comparison.

Imagine two proposals for the same five-page website. Proposal A includes design and development but expects you to deliver approved text and photographs. Proposal B includes a content review, form delivery checks and a handover session.

The page count alone does not make these equivalent. Compare the same scope, ask what your team must supply and identify which extra work addresses a real requirement. This is an example for comparing scope, not a claim about a client project or local market prices.

Before you approve a quote.

  1. Confirm the page list and the purpose of each page.
  2. Name the person responsible for content and approvals.
  3. List the inquiry or purchase steps that must work at launch.
  4. Separate build costs, recurring costs and optional work.
  5. Confirm account ownership, administrator access and handover.
  6. Record the agreed acceptance checks in writing.

Use the WordPress developer hiring checklist to turn these answers into a project brief.

Request a quote around your actual priorities.

Share your existing website, the services you sell, the pages you need and the customer action you want to support. We can then discuss a WordPress project proposal with clear inclusions and responsibilities.
