We’re from here too.
Lokal Tayo is a small marketing team in General Santos. We get Filipino shops found on the map and seen by the people nearby — then we count the calls, messages and direction requests that come through the door.

Three readings, all intended
A statement of identity. Tayo is the inclusive we — you and me together. We’re from here too, and it shows in the work.
An invitation, built exactly like kain tayo — let’s eat. It’s how neighbours say: come along.
Tayo is also the root of tumayo and itayo — to stand up, to build. Local businesses, standing on their own.
Every small business should be the first one its neighbours find.
Everything we design, write or sell traces back to these three tags. If an idea can’t show a result an owner can count, it isn’t a Lokal Tayo idea yet.
Nearness, proven.
We count only what comes from nearby — and we show it, bad months included.
The best dentist in Lagao shouldn’t be a secret to the street behind her clinic. The talyer that has fixed flats on the highway for twenty years shouldn’t lose the call to a pin that’s easier to find. *The businesses that make a neighbourhood deserve to be found by it.* So we fix what’s broken on the map, talk to people nearby in the language they use at home, and count what comes through the door. We don’t sell likes. We don’t hold your page hostage. We don’t promise number one. *We promise to be close, to be honest, and to show you the numbers every month.*
Lokal tayo.
One ladder. Five rungs.
Each step builds on the one before. It’s how we name what we sell and how a shop grows with us. Three rungs are open today; two are still being built, and we won’t sell them until they’re real.

Automation is the weave.
Auto-replies, review requests, booking reminders — replies and reminders that send themselves. It runs through every rung and gives owners their time back.
Four words we work by.
Turn a card over to see what each one looks like on an ordinary working day.
The kapitbahay who’s good with phones.
Think of the neighbour’s kid who went to college, came home, and now quietly fixes everyone’s Facebook page — patient, knows the street, explains without making you feel slow, and would never overcharge a tita.
Expert underneath, everyday on the surface.
Drag a dot to hear how we’d sound. It finds its way back.
Sa’yo ang page mo.Sa’yo ang listing mo.Kahit umalis ka.
“Your page is yours. Your listing is yours. Even if you leave.”
- Every Google listing, Facebook page and ad account we manage is registered to you, with us added as a manager.
- It’s written into every proposal and every contract — on the cover, not in the fine print.
- After the first season it’s month-to-month. No counted numbers, you stop.
The faces you’ll actually meet.
Real photos, taken in daylight at our desk in GenSan — never stock. Until they’re shot, these frames stay empty on purpose.

Two traditions we honour.
Baybayin — our name, with a second written voice.
Choose a character. Baybayin is syllabic: each one is a consonant plus a, and small marks change the vowel.
A secondary signature, always under the Latin name. Every Baybayin line is checked by readers before it runs.
Indigenous weaves — clients and partners, never decoration.
- We never draw, trace or recolour an Indigenous design into our brand.
- Our own weave is the basic over-under of rattan basketry, found across the islands.
- When we feature a textile, it’s real cloth by a named weaver, under a written agreement — credited every time.
- Weaving groups are small businesses too. We’d rather be their agency first.
A photograph of a real, commissioned textile goes here — never a drawn pattern. Credit line: weaver’s name, community, place. Used with permission.
What owners ask about us.
In the words we actually hear. Tap a question and we'll answer it the way we would on Messenger — plainly, and without the jargon.
Bisaya lines are checked by a native speaker from SOCCSKSARGEN before they run.
